Z2 Investment Management, LP is pleased to announce it has closed a $21.5MM investment to Coastline Wealth Management, a Long Island-based independent wealth management platform with $2.4B of assets under management/advisement. The investment was structured as a combination of a first lien debt and preferred equity. The proceeds were used to refinance existing debt and to fund several accretive acquisitions. Z2 is looking forward to supporting the company’s organic growth and future acquisitions.
